Knock me down with a feather
As we say here in England, whenever the chance arises.
I've been blown away by Jackie's kindness. Look what came in the post today...

This is just beautiful. It is like jewellery to me! The colours are just wonderful, and even more amazingly, they exactly match my living room. It's going to take me a while to decide what these beauties will become. But that's ok: it means they can stay on my coffee table a while longer, and I can squoosh them regularly.
The yarn and stitch markers (which incidentally look fabulous against my couch fabric) and disco-stitch holder are truly inspiring, but more so was Jackie's gesture. She just totally reached out to me and I was really touched. It made me be sure to go out of my way to do something really nice for someone else, reach outside my comfort zone of family and friends.
Thanks Jackie, you really made my day.
And because it's beautiful, and it knows it, here's another pic

WOW - I never expected that to get to you so quickly!! I'm really glad you're happy with the Koigu - doesn't it feel heavenly? I think I may be even happier than you - it feels GREAT to make someone (especially another knitter!) smile. :)
