Whisper tie

Pattern: Interweave Knits' Fairisle Tie, Winter 04
I love the pattern on this tie, it's so simple but delicate too. I knit about a foot of it in a 4ply wool, but it was going to be much too bulky and made an enormous knot. This mercerised cotton is better, making a more drapey fabric.
Goodness neckties are long though. But luckily not very wide.
