Thank you, a classic vest to have in a knitter's pattern file. Something to return to time and again. I however have been checking in almost daily hoping to see another coat designed by your good self. Is there anything in the wings?

Oh Anna thank you so much for this pattern. I had thought I would have to wait for the book! Off to the pay pal link now - and then to the stash cupboard. Thank you again and very happy Easter wishes to you and your family.

50gm (110m [119 yards]) (5, 6, 6, 7, 7) (8, 8, 9, 10, 11) balls

Anna, which ball count series is correct? Want to get the yarn. Thanks.

Thank you! I've been longing to make one ever since you first posted that picture. Off to order right away.

I believe that all of the ball count numbers are correct - the sizes run from 33 to 51 inches, and it seems that the two sets of parentheses are there to keep it from being one really long string of numbers.

Lovely, just lovely.

You do good work, Anna. But will I be bad if I told you that I'm waiting on your book. I swear, I'm stashing yarn just for your patterns.

Knowing me though, I'll be buying another one of your patterns soon. :/

You d good work Anna, very good work.

I can't say enough about the photo and photo-styling. Fabulous! I love every detail (especially the texture of the building stones, the glowering alley, the skirt with pockets!). Oh, and the pattern looks great too. Is it knit in 3 pieces and seamed?

Hi, I really like this pattern - i'm planning to knit it soon, and my mil, B is taking it as her knitting project while she's on holiday in the US. (It's exactly what she's been looking for, and will look great on her.)

However i've just been helping her with the pattern and i wanted to point out a missing definition - 'kfb'. The rest of the instructions for the row make it pretty clear (i think) that the intention is to knit through the front and then the back loop to make an extra stitch - so it's only a tiny omission really. but i thought i'd mention it since it left B quite stumped.

It's a great pattern though, and the photos you've used are fab. (I love your shoes. :)
